Booking Conditions
When you wish to confirm your holiday booking you must sign a booking form and pay a deposit of £100 per person. At the time of your booking being confirmed you are also accepting that the terms of our booking conditions form the basis of any contract between 19th Hole Golf Tours and yourself which is subject to English law.
PAYING FOR YOUR HOLIDAY
After your booking is confirmed and a deposit received, the full payment is due not less than 6 weeks prior to departure. If payment is not received we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and cancellation charges will apply.
If you make a booking within 6 weeks of your departure then full payment is required at the booking stage
MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY BOOKING
Any changes to your holiday arrangements must be made with prior agreement and maybe subject to charges for any incurred costs
CANCELLING YOUR HOLIDAY
If you or anyone on your holiday booking decides to cancel the holiday, we must be notified in writing, and any cancellations maybe subject to charges for any incurred costs.
IF YOU HAVE COMPLAINT
If you have course for complaint whilst on holiday, you muct bring it to the attention of 19th Hole Golf Tours Ltd and the hotel management who will do their best to rectify the situation. It is unreasonable to take no action whilst on holiday, but to write a letter of complaint upon return home. Should a problem however remain unsolved, a complaint should be made in writing to 19th Hole Golf Tours Ltd within 28 days of completion of your holiday
Your contract is with19th Hole Golf Tours Ltd. We will arrange to provide you with the various services, which form part of the holiday you book with us.
STANDARD GUARANTEE
The price of your holiday is subject to surcharges on the following items: Government action, currency, aircraft fuel, airport charges and increases in airfares. Even in these cases we will absorb an amount equivalent to 2% of the holiday price. Only amounts in excess of 2% will be surcharged.
IF WE CHANGE YOUR HOLIDAY BEFORE DEPARTURE
We hope and expect to be able to provide you with all the services we have confirmed to you at the time of booking. However we plan arrangements a long time in advance and use the services of independent suppliers such as airlines ,hotels etc. over whom we have no direct control, it is therefore the case that on occasions changes have to made, and we reserve the right to make these.
IF WE CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
We reserve the right to cancel your holiday for any reason and we will offer a full refund of all monies paid.
PASSPORTS & VACCINATIONS
A full 10 year British Passport is required, for non British passport holders requirements should be checked with the relevent embassy. We recommend you ensure that you have a minimum 6 month validity (after return) on your passport. We also recommend that you consult your GP or specialist vaccination centres to check whether innoculations are necessary.
